Lonnie Moulder

Mr. Moulder joined Abraxis BioScience in 2009. Previously, he was vice chairman of Eisai Corporation of North America following its acquisition of MGI PHARMA, INC., where he served as president and chief executive officer since 2003. Mr. Moulder joined MGI PHARMA in 1999 as executive vice president and was subsequently promoted to president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, he was a member of the founding management team and vice president business development and commercial affairs of Eligx, Inc., a venture-stage biomedical company. Mr. Moulder served for 16 years in a number of commercial roles for Hoechst Marion Roussel (now Sanofi Aventis) and its predecessor companies. He began his career as a clinical pharmacist. Mr. Moulder was a board member of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Temple University school of Pharmacy. He earned a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from Temple University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Soon-Shiong, M.D.

Dr. Soon-Shiong became chairman and chief executive officer of Abraxis
BioScience in April 2006. Dr.
Soon-Shiong previously served APP as president since July 2001 and
chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors from
its inception in March 1996. Since June 1994, Dr. Soon-Shiong also
served as president, chief financial officer and a director of American
BioScience, Inc. From June 1994 to June 1998, he served as chief
executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of VivoRX,
Inc., a biotechnology company. Dr. Soon-Shiong is named
as a co-inventor on over 40 issued U.S. and foreign patents and is
a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College
of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Soon-Shiong holds a degree
in medicine from the University of the Witwatersrand and a M.Sc.
in science from the University of British Columbia.

David O'Toole

David O'Toole joined Abraxis in 2008 with more than 24 years of experience in financial consulting and international tax services to global companies, and particular expertise in the life sciences industry. Before joining the team at Abraxis BioScience, Mr. O'Toole was with Deloitte & Touche LLP for 16 years, last serving as Partner - Strategic Client Group. There he was responsible for providing solutions to issues facing the life sciences industry, including enterprise cost reduction, commercialization and distribution of drugs, human resources, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and international tax planning. Mr. O'Toole was also Deloitte's Life Science leader in the Pacific Southwest for the last two years, helping to build their industry eminence in the marketplace. Mr. O'Toole's international experience includes a two year assignment in Paris, France, during which he was a consultant to large and medium-sized multi-national companies with an emphasis on cross border operational and tax planning. He also had a two year assignment in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. O'Toole earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the California Healthcare Institute and the Southern California Biomedical Counsel.

Bruce
Wendel

Mr. Wendel became executive vice president of corporate development of Abraxis BioScience in May 2006. Mr. Wendel joined American Pharmaceutical Partners (APP) in 2004 as vice president of corporate development. He began his 14 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb as in-house counsel before shifting to business and corporate development. While at Bristol-Myers Squibb, as vice president, corporate development international medicines, he led teams that completed several major acquisitions, divestitures and alliances around the world. These transactions included a $225 million divestiture of Bristol's U.S. diagnostic division as well as the acquisition of three pharmaceutical firms in Argentina, South Korea, and Peru, and a co-promotion alliance with SmithKline Beecham for Avandia. Before joining APP, he served as vice president, business development and licensing for IVAX Corporation, a generic drug manufacturer, where late last year he completed the company's acquisition of 3M's European respiratory business. Previously, Mr. Wendel served in the legal departments of Playtex and Combe. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law School where he was an editor of Law & Policy in International Business, and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Kirk
K. Calhoun
CPA, Retired , Ernst & Young, LLP Partner
Mr. Calhoun has served as a director since 2002. He joined Ernst & Young LLP in 1965
and served as a partner of the firm from 1975 until his retirement
in June 2002 where his responsibilities included both area management
and serving clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Calhoun is a
certified public accountant with a background in auditing and accounting.
Mr. Calhoun serves on the board of governors of the California State
University Foundation, serving as chairman from July 2000 to June
2003, and is a director of Myogen, Inc. Mr. Calhoun holds a B.S. in
accounting from the University of Southern California.

David S. Chen,
Ph.D.
Cypac Investment Management
Dr. Chen has served as a director since June 1998. Dr. Chen was chairman of Cypac Investment Management Limited from 1998-2003. He served as chief executive officer of Central Investment Holdings Company from July 1996 to February 2000, and CFO from May 1991 to February 1994. Dr. Chen holds a B.S. in agricultural economics from National Taiwan University, a M.B.A. from California State University at Long Beach and a Ph.D. in business administration from Nova University, Florida.

Stephen D. Nimer,
M.D.
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Dr. Nimer has served as director since May 2001.
Dr. Nimer has been associated with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer
Center since 1993 and has been head of the division of hematologic
oncology since 1996 and chief of hematology service since 1993. He
has also taught medicine at the Cornell University School of Medicine
since 1993. Dr. Nimer holds a M.D. from the University of Chicago
and a B.S. in biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Leonard Shapiro
Shapco, Inc.
Mr. Shapiro has served as a director since October 2002. He
has more than 50 years of business experience as an entrepreneur
and founder of Shapco, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of pipe
products, where he has been the chief executive officer since 1948.
As chief executive officer of Shapco, he presided over the firm's
real estate investment activities in addition to its manufacturing
and distribution operations. Shapco, Inc., together with its subsidiaries,
employs over 300 employees in various locations throughout the western
United States.
